Politique de remboursement

I'm offering a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item (The tracking number show delivered) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition than you received it, unworn or unused, unwash and uncut!

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless i have made an error. Once the fabric is determined to be in new, uncut condition we will proceed your refund (minus the original shipping fee)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All order ship whit tracking are covered by insurance from Canada post, if your order was damaged by the carrier i have coverage for that.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, i cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
Unfortunately i don’t accept exchanges, if your not happy with your order you can request a return.


Refunds
I will notify you once your order is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Customer are responsible to provide the good shipping adresse. If you make a mistake in your address please let me know soon as possible so i will try to fix it! If your order is ship back to us because the address is wrong or incomplete, we will refund you minus the shipping cost.
